Scope Of Work
PHX11 8th floor at Hayden Ferry was a complete demolition and remodel for confidential corporate client, successfully completed December 2020. The 27,956 SF space was updated to new corporate branding standards. Project features include specialty metal and baffle ceilings, acrylic glow panels, high-profile concrete wall panels, and a complete branding graphics package. The second Jokake PHX11 project at Hayden Ferry was a refresh for floors 3, 6, and 7; adding two mother’s rooms, miscellaneous paint and flooring upgrades, re-classification of selected conference rooms, new kitchenette seating layout featuring banquette booths, and the addition of two large logo walls at elevator lobbies on the 3rd and 7th floors.
