Scope Of Work
In the heart of Gilbert's Val Vista Health and Wellness corridor, Whiteboard Development, in partnership with Jokake and DLR Group, brings to life a new 22,000 SF medical office building. The wellness center creates an affirmation of place that is synonymous with healing and health. Inspired by the leading tenant, Sonoran Spine, the design mimics the curvature of the human spine with the window and building sections aligning to exude the three sections of the spine, using the spinal column to illustrate the vertebrae.
