Scope Of Work

The second generation tenant improvement featured an updated look for repeat law firm client Frazer Ryan Goldberg & Arnold. The project spanned over 20,000 SF and featured clean lines, an abundance of light, and a welcoming ambiance, a departure from the more traditional law firm design. Project scope included sophisticated audio visual interface, a substantial upgrade from their previous space built by Jokake, unique custom coffered soffits and ceiling system in the board room and main lobby, and custom storefront window systems. The light wood accents are found throughout FRGA’s office, lobby, and common area, and significantly accented in the open office secretary corrals.
