Scope Of Work
Ballard Spahr condensed their current office space from two floors to one floor requiring a complete renovation of approximately 25,000 SF on the 23rd floor at CityScape in Downtown Phoenix. The job included buildout of multi-purpose rooms with heavy A/V coordination, featuring lighting / window shade controls, as well as a cutting-edge video conferencing system, executive and common offices, open office spaces, records rooms, tech hubs, and a reception area with Class-A finishes. Project scope also required structural infill between floor 23 and an occupied suite on floor 22 – existing stairs connecting the floors had to be removed and the opening filled in with steel I-beams and a concrete pour back.
