Scope Of Work
A new space will house new classrooms, workspaces, studios and offices. The new entryway is flanked by glass-encased display areas. A variety of interior and exterior glass creates visual dimension across newly painted walls and concrete floors. Six new A/C handlers were installed over the new area, as well as a complete replacement of the entire roof of the existing building. This project was assigned a tight budget, which Jokake was able to meet by reusing all existing doors, door frames and glazed glass.
