Scope Of Work
This signature retail project located on the Northwest corner of 5th and Mill Avenue in Tempe encompasses over 18,000 square feet that serves ASU students and local businesses in downtown Tempe. Homes & Son successfully completed the demolition of the existing building and the construction of this two-story mixed use retail center with adjoining buildings on an extremely tight site.
