CWI negotiated this 10,000sf renovation project which consisted of transforming a two-story office building into a mixed-use office/laboratory space. The project consisted of transforming the upper floor from office space to laboratory space, adding and re-working existing mechanical systems, HVAC controls, hoods, casework, plumbing, electrical systems, emergency generator, break-room, finishes, clean room, and restrooms.
