Scope Of Work
Our Chattahoochee Technical College Vaughn Building project required the complete 8-phase renovation of a 77,000 sf classroom and administration building while occupied during the school year by students and staff members. CWI’s initial 4-phase schedule was thought to be too aggressive for the on-going school classes & activities, so we developed a less aggressive 8-phase plan which was completed with $0 in Change Orders for the Owner.
