Scope Of Work
The 135,100 sq. ft. post-tension, cast-in-place concrete parking structure accommodates 355 vehicles on five levels.
Donley’s is also served as the Construction Manager for a new 135-room hotel that includes three meeting rooms that can be combined into a space of approximately 1,800 square feet, an indoor pool, an on-site fitness center, and a “Coffee to Cocktails” bar that serves food and beverages to guests and other patrons of Legacy Village from early morning through late night.
