Scope Of Work
Located in Legacy Village, this hotel is the first of its kind to make its home at the lifestyle retail and office destination. The hotel and parking deck maintains the feel of and complements the surrounding structures. The exterior of the six-story hotel features a combination of red brick and pale blue, gray, and tan concrete, while steel accents, reflective blue-tinted windows, and a triangular module on the roof give the structure a modern feel.
This new 135-room hotel will include three meeting rooms that can be combined into a space of approximately 1,800 square feet, an indoor pool, an on-site fitness center, and a “Coffee to Cocktails” bar that will be open to serve food and beverages to guests and other patrons of Legacy Village from early morning through late night.
Donley’s concrete division is also serving as the concrete contractor on a 135,100 sq. ft. post-tension, cast-in-place concrete parking structure which will accommodate 355 vehicles on five levels.
