Scope Of Work
This tiered building is 12 stories at its highest point. It is a brick and metal panel structure that has a floor to roof glass frontage along East 167th Street. This frontage allows anyone using the all-glass lobby elevator to enjoy southern views of the NYC skyline. St. Augustine Apartments contains 112 residential units ranging from studios to 3 bedrooms. All of the studios are dedicated to clients of Beacon of Hope, which will have offices in the cellar. The first floor, glass-walled community room leads to the outdoor courtyard seating area and lower gardens. The roof has solar panels and numerous plants to support energy conservation efforts.
