Scope Of Work

Re-Vision Prospect Plaza Site 2 is the second phase of a multi-phase development centered on Prospect Place and Saratoga Avenue in the Ocean Hill section of Brooklyn, NY. This phase of the development included the construction of 2 new buildings. Building A is a 4 story walk-up building designed to look like multiple smaller townhouses comprised of 2 bedroom apartments. Building B is a 101 unit 6 story elevator building, ranging from 1 to 3 bedroom units. The buildings share a 35 car parking lot, an outdoor children’s play area with exercise equipment, a fitness room including children’s corner with rock climbing wall, and an indoor/outdoor recreation space.
