Scope Of Work
Corporate headquarters and CEO offices with custom wood ceilings, wood crown molding, wood base and Berber loop wool carpeting to reflect a sophisticated start up image for this new “break away” company from a major conglomerate corporation. The design build approach to construction for these offices enabled design development and contract documents, budgeting, ordering of custom long lead items and scheduling to be coordinated simultaneously to expedite the design and construction process.
