Scope Of Work
This Brooklyn, NY distribution center will be an Amazon.com warehouse. The project consists of two separate 97,000 SF city blocks located at 12555 Flatlands Avenue and 12595 Flatlands Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. The owner is developing both sites with (2) 96,900 SF, ground-up single story modern Class-A warehouses, one on each site. Each building contains 76,900 SF on the ground floor and 20,000 SF of internal mezzanine floors. The warehouses include dock-high and grade level door, loading/ unloading locations for 53’ trailers, and private parking for employees.
