Scope Of Work

This large storefront retail center was built on a former rail yard in downtown White Bear Lake. The facility respects the residential and historic character of the town through its layout and architectural features while providing the modern conveniences desired by residents. The center incorporates the historic railroad depot into its design and appearance. Contemporary services are offered in a setting that honors the heritage its location. The facility is broken into three separate buildings to reduce massing and to provide better traffic flow through the site.
