Scope Of Work

Immaculate Heart Catholic Church is a small, Catholic parish, located on the Whitefish Chain of Lakes, the community swells to triple its size in the summer. In order to best serve its congregation by upgrading and to accommodate the influx of visiting faithful, the parish decided to build a new facility. As CM@r, Donlar provided preconstruction and construction services and worked closely with the community to build the finest facility for the best value. The results of these efforts are a facility that includes a 300-seat sanctuary with balcony, expansive gathering spaces, intimate chapel, fellowship hall and dining area for community and special events. The beautiful facility was completed on time and within budget.
