Scope Of Work
The First United Methodist Church community was looking for a new home after more than 60 years located in town. Their new location, in the farm fields between Sartell and St. Cloud, has plenty of room to breath and expand. The new facility includes many amenities such as an inviting gathering space, a spacious 400 seat sanctuary, fellowship hall with commercial kitchen, administrative offices, fireside room and education wing with plans for future expansions. As CM@r, Donlar worked closely with the congregation to build their new facility on time and within budget.
