SIZE: 4,238 sq. ft
The Verizon Wireless project in Evans had both pre-construction and construction completed by R. W. Allen. The building is one story and built entirely with structural steel. Inside there is a 3,700 sq. ft. sales room with sealed concrete flooring and restrooms with VCT/ rubber base flooring. The building is complete with fire sprinklers, plumbing, and an
HVAC system. The exterior of the Verizon Wireless is brick veneer and has pre-finished metal coping, rain gutters, and down spouts. The front door of the building and all windows are made with aluminum. The glass seen in the windows and doors are tempered/ insulated and have a clear mill finish.
