R.W. Allen, LLC was selected as the general contractor for the historical renovation and addition to Chase Street Elementary School. The project called for 68,000 square feet of new construction, as well as a 9,000 sq. ft. renovation of the original 1922 historic school building.
Both components were incorporated into a single structure that features a beautiful, historic front building. The R. W. Allen project team was successful in preserving and improving Athens-Clarke County’s oldest school facility.
