Scope Of Work
The Town Center Fire and EMS Station is a Design Build, new 2 story, 25,000 SF 4 bay station located on Columbus Street on an undeveloped site. The project will include facilities, offices, storage areas, administrative office for the Fire Department administration, site and utility work and be a LEED certified building, designed to hurricane category 2 wind speeds, and have full emergency power.
This job is designed and constructed to be LEED Silver Certification Project.
