Scope Of Work

The project is an exterior renovation of the southern elevation of Ocean Way Condominiums. The six story building consists of privately owned residential units throughout. The exterior renovation includes removal and installation of new EIFS and EIFS drainage system, mold removal where en-countered, removal and replacement of select light gauge steel framing and insulation, new railing systems located on the balconies, removal and re-installation of owner furnished windows, doors, and storefront. Removal and re-installation of owner furnished light fixtures, security lights, and vent covers as well as the removal and reinstallation of concrete wall coatings and water poof pedestrian traffic coatings located on the deck balconies and pool area.
