Scope Of Work
The work included removing existing HVAC systems mounted in the ceiling space and mechanical rooms and installing a new outside air system to provide dehumidified and filtered air to the school. New electrical service to the existing air-coded chiller was installed, requiring boring, trenching and replacement of turf. New ceiling and lighting was provided at the lobby entrance and ancillary spaces around the gym. A maple wood sports flooring system was installed throughout the gym. Existing bleachers were removed and reinstalled. Floor transitions occur at all ancillary spaces around the gym due to level change. Existing doors were undercut and reinstalled. Existing gym skylight lenses were replaced.
