Blue Rock Structures is a highly reputable and financially strong small business.  Our corporate objective is to provide a service our customers will value and appreciate.  To accomplish this goal, we are committed to a small number of projects in Federal and local Government markets as well as the private market.  We have an extensive network of local subcontractors, suppliers, equipment rental service companies, and temporary employment service agencies.  As available workforce fluctuates within the local market, we have multiple options available to us to insure the timely and successful completion of each project. 

Our primary goal is to establish a relationship with our customers so they continue to request our services on future projects.  We recognize that strong leadership and a committed supervisory staff produce construction excellence.  Our administrative in-house services include detailed digital estimating, scheduling and accounting systems, safety and quality control program development, project management, and human resources development. 

Over the past 10 years, Blue Rock Structures, Inc. has successfully procured and completed over $200 million in projects on military bases, including Camp Lejeune MCB, New River Air Station, and Cherry Point MCAS, as well as numerous municipal, educational, and privately funded projects.  We are committed to the local market to provide the most responsive service possible to our clients.  At Blue Rock Structures, we do not strive to be the largest contractor in Eastern North Carolina, but the best.
