Central Consulting & Contracting was retained as Construction Manager at risk for the construction of this new facility.

Scope of work for this project includes:

Urgent Care Center

Woman’s, Infant and Children’s Clinic

Pediatric Clinic

Woman’s Health Clinic

Mammography and Ultrasound Screening Center

Gym with exercise class spaces

Commercial kitchen to be used for teaching the community healthy cooking and healthy lifestyle options

Central Consulting & Contracting has worked with Saint Barnabas team and its consultants from project inception to manage schedule, budget, constructability, logistics, MWBE goals and value engineering.
