Scope Of Work

Englewood Hospital and Medical Center retained Central prior to starting construction on their new Emergency Care Pavilion. At the early stages, Central worked closely with the architectural and engineering team to evaluate the proposed plans for feasibility and helped establish the $36,767,000 project budget.

After the plans were finalized and approved, the client retained Central as their Project Manager to work with their team and oversee the project through completion. Central was responsible for the solicitation of lump sum General Contractor bids as well as the procurement and coordination of all security, IT, furniture and equipment vendors.

The project was successfully completed on time and approximately $3M under budget.
