Scope Of Work

To improve the efficiency and quality of care, Englewood Health made the decision to construct a new Hybrid Operating Room.

Central has completed several other Hybrid ORs. Hybrid ORs require more space than a normal Operating Room. In order to make room for the new OR, Central Consulting & Contracting needed to relocate two existing Cysto Rooms. This involved working around the existing adjacent OR Clean Core. Special care was taken to mitigate the dust, noise and vibration associated with construction.

Central worked closely with the Englewood infection control staff to enact a comprehensive, proactive plan to ensure that ongoing services were not disturbed or impacted.

The project was successfully completed within the established budget and schedule.
