Scope Of Work
Englewood Health, formally Englewood Hospital and Medical Center is renowned for their bloodless medicine and surgery program, cardiac and vascular programs and its leadership in breast care, oncology and joint replacement services.
Central Consulting & Contracting was retained as Construction Manager to construct the much-needed upgrades and renovations to the existing 8,000SF space. This work was performed in five phases to minimize disruption to occupied spaces and maintain operations of the clinical lab.
Since the scope of work required the replacement in place of the existing HVAC unit within the existing mechanical equipment room, a temporary HVAC unit was provided and connected to the existing duct work while the existing unit was dismantled and replaced in sections.
