Lisa Ricciardi's Bio
Lisa M.Ricciardi, CPA, CCA is a Partner at Castellano, Korenberg, & Company. Lisa has over 30 years of experience providing auditing, accounting, consulting and tax services to individuals and businesses. She is an expert advisor to clients in construction and construction-related industries and has a strong background serving manufacturers, not-for-profit organizations, professional service firms and wholesalers.
Lisa also holds the designation of Certified Construction Auditor (CCA) granted by the National Association of Construction Auditors (NACA) for those professionals who focus on accounting, auditing and consulting within the construction industry.
Prior to joining Castellano, Korenberg & Company, Lisa was a partner at a Nassau County based CPA firm for almost 20 years.
Lisa is a frequent lecturer and author on topics of accounting and auditing for the construction industry, as well as asset protection, estate planning and business succession. She has been featured in Long Island Business News’ “Who’s Who in Accounting”, “Who’s Who in Women” and was named one of “Long Island’s 50 Most Influential Women in Business” in 2008 and 2011. Lisa has also been named a “Businesswoman of Excellence” by NAWBO, the National Association of Women Business Owners. In 2015, Lisa was named a "Woman of Distinction" by the Town of Oyster Bay.

Lisa's contributions to the community extend to several organizations that include the Interfaith Nutrition Network (The INN), Homecoming Farm, Nontraditional Employment for Women (NEW), Toys for Tots Toy Drive, and Contractors for Kids. She currently serves as a committee member for The INN’s Annual Lunch Fundraiser and coordinates several “food and goods” drives within the Castellano, Korenberg office. Lisa also serves on the board of Homecoming Farm and is a regular volunteer at farm events and fundraisers.

While the program was underway, Lisa was an active member of the Jones Beach Power Squadron and the Town of Oyster Bay W.A.K.E. U.P. environmental program which helps clean and protect area waterways.

Daniel A.Castellano, CPA is the Managing Partner at Castellano, Korenberg & Company. Dan specializes in strategic planning and tax planning for closely-held construction companies and their executives. He also possesses practical experience in surety and banking enhancement, mergers and acquisitions and financial negotiations.
Dan has authored numerous articles and is a frequent lecturer of construction accounting and taxation to bonding companies and banks.

Dennis Hynes, CPA is a partner at Castellano, Korenberg & Co. CPA’s. He has over twenty years of public accounting experience. Dennis specializes in providing assurance, tax, and consulting services to clients who operate in the construction, manufacturing, service, and real estate industries. Dennis works diligently with his clients to assist with financial reporting, preparing financial statements, audits, reviews, and tax planning strategies that take advantage of his extensive industry knowledge. ?
Dennis’s construction experience includes assurance and consulting services to construction entities, including both the general contractor and specialty sub-contractors. He further assists his contracting clients by providing consulting related to revenue recognition for long-term contracts, job cost allocations, benchmarking, overhead rate analysis, and projections.
Prior to joining Castellano, Korenberg, Dennis worked with local firms performing tax and audit work. Dennis joined Castellano, Korenberg in 1998 and has held various leadership positions throughout his time at the firm. ?

Neal Korenberg's Bio
Neal Korenberg, CPA is the co-founding Partner and Vice President at Castellano, Korenberg & Company. He also serves as the Quality Review Director for the firm and is responsible for the technical review of every firm engagement. Under Neal’s direction, the firm has grown its client base and its reputation as an extremely technical mid-sized accounting firm.?
While Neal specializes in accounting for clients operating in the construction, food, manufacturing and service industries, he also has extensive experience in providing accounting services to privately owned businesses and high net-worth individuals. He is actively involved with his clients, assisting in structuring financing, increasing bonding capacity, acquisitions, and division restructuring as well as aiding in the planning for business succession.?
As a long time member of the Nassau Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Neal has served in many roles. Recently, he served as the Chairman of the Chapters’ Cooperation with Bankers and Other Credit Grantors Committee. In 2013, Neal was awarded the heralded Life Time Achievement Award for his years of dedicated service to the Chapter.
