Scope Of Work
This project required shading patio decks on a steep grade with (2) frame-supported canopies. The structures cover 2,500 square feet and are engineered to withstand the load of (3) large shade sails to be added in the future. We managed the entire desigin-build contract (i.e.design, engineering, fabrication, delivery, and construction).
