Scope Of Work
Work consists of the construction at Peachtree Dekalb Airport of the following:
- A conventionally framed Fixed Base Operation (FBO) Terminal Building
- Construction of an attached Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Aircraft Hangar (N) to an existing Hangar (M) with attached shelter and offices.
- Construction of a PEMB Aircraft Hangar (O) with attached offices.
- Demolition and remediation of Asbestos (Hangars E & F) prior to beginning construction of the new FBO Terminal Building and the existing Terminal Building.
- Demolition of Existing terminal building once new terminal building has a Certificate of Occupancy.
