Scope Of Work
The new 83,000 square foot Sentry Self Storage facility in Arlington, TN is located just off Interstate 40 and Airline Road. The $5 million dollar project is part of a greater planned development in the area and includes offices, a combination of climate and non-climate controlled storage units, as well as exterior storage slots for boats, RV’s, and other large vehicles as well as an RV servicing area. Construction of the facility took approximately 7 months and was completed in December of 2020.
