Scope Of Work

The new 27 million dollar consolidated rental car maintenance facility consisted of clearing a 26 acre existing airport owned site and constructing three buildings for office/administration efforts and three buildings for vehicle washing/fueling efforts.  Along with the six new buildings, the site includes open parking areas for RAC vehicles.  Site work included clearing/demo, excavation, grading, roads/parking lots, landscape/irrigation, markings/signage, fencing/gates and utility work.  Building construction included, concrete, pre-cast/CMU, metal fabrication, doors/windows, roofing, flooring, ceilings, paint, HVAC, plumbing, electrical/low voltage, fire suppression, vehicle lifts, fueling equipment and car wash equipment.
