Scope Of Work
Architectural and interior design services for a new 6,500 square foot one-story professional office building for new Optometry offices and retail spaces. The building incorporates exam rooms, labs, lens fitting areas, doctor’s offices, and retail area that displays glasses and other optical specialties for their patients. The structure was designed with a stucco exterior and features a clerestory atrium over lobby and retail display spaces. The building was designed and sited to allow for future expansion and additions of structures.
