Scope Of Work
The second largest US Honda Dealership located along one of the busiest stretches of freeway in Minnesota is 166,000 sf with a multilevel service department to take advantage of the prime real estate location. The facility incorporates rooftop parking, a second floor showroom, interior inventory display, and a "jewel box" element to display automobiles along the freeway. LED Lighting, radiant heating, waste oil burners contributed to a energy efficient design.
