Scope Of Work
Set just off of the growing historic district of the city of Dublin, the architecture of the Service Center is far from industrial both inside and out. The city required that the building be consistent with the high standards of the surrounding area. To achieve this, the massing of the facility is carefully broken up to imply a compilation of separate components in lieu of a singular large scale building. A mix of stone, brick, stucco, shingles, and metal roof all reinforce that intent. The interior likewise fosters the luxury to which Lexus owners are accustomed, with an open lounge, library and café finished with dark wood millwork and plush seating
