Scope Of Work

As the Coquard family began planning for a major expansion of the Wollersheim Winery they worked with Jewell Associates to design the buildings and site design. Paul Kardatzke and Greg Jewell worked closely with the family to develop plans that captured their vision for the development of this Wisconsin family owned business. The additions are designed to provide additional space for the expanding winery and new spaces for distillation of Brandy and Whiskey. The design includes a new retail area for display and sale of distilled products and space for relocating and expanding the bottling operations.

The project also included analysis of the stormwater management system for the entire campus of buildings and site improvements. By utilizing existing site features and natural drainage patterns Michael Bisbach was able to design a cost-effective solution for the management of stormwater on the site.
