Scope Of Work

MSP was engaged by a national developer to design a three-story, 80,000 SF building that would serve as their Cincinnati headquarters and signature office building. The building is located in the WaterStone Office Park, with high visibility along I-71 in Deerfield Township. The project included interior design of the lobby, elevator lobby, and grand staircase, along with core amenities and a parking lot with several hundred spaces. A trellised walkway was incorporated to connect the lake and north and south parking lots to the building. The parking lot for Two WaterStone Place utilizes bio-swales, a sustainable design feature that captures stormwater runoff, filters out pollutants, and beautifies the environment with native plants.
