Scope Of Work
This 26-acre mixed-use development, a landmark on the New Jersey Turnpike, consists of two paired 16-story office towers totaling 800,000 g.s.f. flanking a 13-story, 405 room luxury hotel and conference center. The office structures rise above parking structures accommodating 4,250 cars; 1,000 of which are for public Park-and-Ride use. Each office tower is a glass and granite structure, stepped back to provide a maximum number of corner offices. A dramatic five-story lobby with high-end finishes and 200-seat employee cafeteria are placed at grade level of Tower One.
