Although Mr. Fiorilli oversees all aspects of the operation of the company, to aid in the comprehensive management style, Fiorilli Construction has developed an efficient internal team concept that enables us to provide our clients with a staff empowered to address any type of project demands, no matter how large, while keeping overall costs to a minimum. Along with a full compliment of project managers, estimators, superintendents, and support staff well versed in the techniques required for delivering a quality project on time and on budget, the company organizational structure includes a sophisticated and experienced Leadership Team dedicated to teamwork.
As the Director of Operations Mr. Troxell lead’s Fiorilli Construction’s office in all aspects of the day to day operations of the business and business development.
Before coming to work for Fiorilli Construction, Mr. Troxell held several positions including President with a prominent local general contracting firm. As President, Mr. Troxell was responsible for corporate strategic planning and oversight of operations, client development and contract administration. Mr. Troxell also has experience managing estimating, sales and marketing departments. Mr. Troxell has served as Co-Chair of past company’s Green Building Committee and was responsible for educational programs for employees seeking USGBC LEED accreditation.
Mr. Troxell brings over 30 years of construction industry experience to Fiorilli Construction. He is committed to maintaining Fiorilli Construction’s high industry standards. As well as work towards maintaining the best interests of the company’s clients and relationships.
