Scope Of Work
Klassen Corporation was commissioned by DCM Asset Management to construct the on and off-site improvements for the Riverlakes Galleria shopping center located on the SW corner of Olive Dr. & Calloway in Bakersfield, CA.
The resulting facility is a 21.54 acre high end commercial shopping center ready for development including ten building ready certified building pads (156,648 s.f.). Off-site improvements include: Perimeter sidewalk and landscaping, road improvements, utility connections, new traffic signal (Calloway Dr.) and modified center median on Olive Dr. & Calloway Dr. On-Site improvements include: Storm Drain, Sewer, Fire & Domestic Water, Gas, and Electrical utility infrastructure installation, Earthwork & Grading, Onsite Retention Basin, Site Lighting, Parking Lot Facilities, Trash Enclosures, Complete Irrigation & Landscape, and Monument Signage.
