Scope Of Work
This beautiful outlet shopping center is located off Interstate 5 between Los Angeles and Bakersfield, just south of Highway 99 interchange at the base of the Grapevine. Our Construction services for this 2, 900 square foot tenant space included Project Management, site supervision, general conditions, and temporary facilities to coordinate the project for the interior build-out completed per Pieology and Starbucks tenant improvement scope of work.
Shell Gas Station
This project included the development of a new Shell Gas Station, including site development, construction of a C-Store and gas offer with 10 MPD’s, tank farm, etc. Site improvements include auto parking with site lighting, landscaping, and irrigation.
