Scope Of Work
Klassen Corporation set a new standard as the Architect and Construction Management agency for the Fairfax Middle School Gymnasium. This project was completed in an unprecedented six-and-a-half months and for just over one million dollars.
The 10,200 sq. ft. building includes the 8,575 sq. ft. gymnasium and 1,625 sq. ft. of lobby, restrooms, offices and mechanical. The building was designed in the same style as the existing campus, making it a seamless addition to the institution.
