Scope Of Work
This growth and expansion project consisted of a new 28,150 square foot addition to the existing high school.
The campus contained several historically significant structures. Our design unified the theme, tradition and heritage already established. The imposing brick-covered faux-Corinthian columns, pediment and the connecting graceful arches of Exeter Community Theater provided artistic inspiration for the architectural design of the new buildings.
Working closely with the school district and its consultant, we developed qualification documents to comply with the requirements of the Office of Public School Construction for funding the project.
