Scope Of Work
The building components of this project include spaces specifically to be utilized for worship, administration, adult education, youth education and children education. These spaces were consolidated into two buildings for efficiency and a reeducation of construction expense. The secondary benefit of the consolidation is that much of the 5.4 acre site is conserved for outdoor uses of amphitheater, play yards, play fields and future building expansion.
The first building of 14,700 square feet houses the Worship, Administration and adult spaces (the building shown here). The second building of 11,200 square feet houses the youth and children spaces. The construction budget for this project was $5.3 million and the project budget including land purchase is $7.1 million.
