Scope Of Work
Walmart-Sam’s utilized the expertise of CoreStates Construction Services (CSCS) to spearhead the development process for over 200 Sam’s Club fuel stations and car washes throughout the U.S. CSCS coordinated the efforts of all professional service providers involved in the projects, including Civil Engineers, Architects, Attorneys, Geotechnical Engineers, Traffic Engineers, Surveyors and others. The CSCS team served as an advocate for the client’s development plans by providing representation at public and private meetings. Plus, CSCS used a proprietary software solution to provide continual project updates to company management and operations professionals.
