Scope Of Work

Using a collection of historic buildings dating back as far as 1870, the West 25th Street Lofts repurposes six historic, connected structures into a new mixed-use complex featuring indoor parking, 4 retail spaces and 61 loft apartments. The renovation includes four new interior floors constructed in an old factory space,  new skylight atriums exposing interior industrial crane rails, apartments within an old brewery warehouse featuring exposed wood ceilings, exterior restorations and renovation of the Baher Brewery family’s original residence.

The West 25th Street Lofts represent a catalytic investment north of Ohio City's Market District. The renovation brings new residents and activity to a long-time under-served segment of the streetscape. This essential investment expands the West 25th Street District and makes an important connection to the emerging Hingetown District and Detroit Shoreway Neighborhood.
