Scope Of Work

The Rocky River Streetscape improvement plan was initiated From a city-wide 
plan, led Sy City Architecture. City officials and stakeholders prioritized the 
reconstruction of the Old River District's right-of-way as the City's "Main 
Street". 

Eclectic shops and restaurants attract visitors of ages. The design expands 
the sidewalk areas to accommodate outdoor dining, seating spaces and 
landscaping. Iconic green arcs define the district along with signage 
kiosks, pedestrian light fixtures and amenities that ore unique to the Old River 
District.
