Scope Of Work

This new facility connects the existing headquarters and office buildings, uniting Lubrizol’s extensive corporate campus. The project includes a new conference center and meeting facility, employee and corporate cafeterias, expanded office spaces and meeting rooms. Buildings have been designed and situated to fill a void in the existing campus, while simultaneously providing a back drop for the primary entry sequence and serving as the corporation’s “front door”. A new approach promenade has been created, including parking, walkways through the wooded site, plazas and dining patios. New construction and additions incorporate contemporary and sustainable materials which complement the existing faculties and modernizes the campus' overall aesthetic to reflect the Lubrizol Corporation's innovations in their industry.
