Scope Of Work

Phase I: Remove and replace the existing 325-slip, 20-year-old floating dock system with a new floating system, featuring full length finger piers and the highest quality Brazilian Ipe wood decking available. A total of 69 slips were replaced with new, aluminum-framed docks manufactured by Shoremaster, Inc. In total, more than 800 LF of main dock and 3000 LF of fingers were assembled and secured in place with 70, 16” diameter X 50’ long steel pipe piles. Utility work consisted of replacing the electric, water, standpipe, and fuel systems. The dock shop was also replaced.

Phase II: Replace and reconfigure the existing three docks to make it easier for boaters to dock by making them longer and wider and adding another dock in parallel with the docks in Phase I.
