Scope Of Work
Symmetry First performed a Building Evaluation for this dental office building adjoining the Hillandale Park. The evaluation included code review and cost estimation for alternative uses: either solely as an office building or as a combination office and assembly facility. Subsequent to the Building Evaluation, Symmetry First provided fast-track design services to meet M-NCPPC‘s timeline for re-location of two departmental divisions. The work included complete renovation of interior spaces, replacement of a deteriorated egress stair, and a new handicap ramp at the main entrance. The construction was performed in large part by M-NCPPC Central Maintenance staff.
